SELLING/BUYING

Choosing the right agent to sell or purchase a property can often be a difficult and a confusing task.

Our aim is to make the process simple, whilst still offering the very best service we can. We accompany all viewings, handle all of the negotiations between the buyer and seller, and if a solicitor contracted, work closely with them until the end of the transaction.

RENTING

We ensure that all necessary ownership checks on our rental properties before offering the property to the rental market. We also reference all proposed tenants before we grant a residential tenancy agreement. Once a contract is signed, we will be on hand to provide assistance for both parties, for the duration of the contract.
